This Privacy Policy explains how Mathura Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ArrowIQ (the "App"), an arrow-puzzle and cognitive-quiz mobile game. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
ArrowIQ is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. See "Children's Privacy" below.
You can use ArrowIQ in one of two ways:
The App's code also supports signing in with a phone number, which would collect your phone number via SMS verification. This option is not currently enabled for players.
Whether you play as a guest or signed in, we process:
If you are signed in with Google, this data is synced to our backend (Supabase) so it's available across devices and used to calculate the daily leaderboard. If you play as a guest, this data stays on your device only.
If you are signed in, your display name, daily XP total, and rank may be shown to other players on the in-app daily leaderboard.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the App encounters an error, including: device model, operating system version, app version, language setting, and crash stack traces. This helps us find and fix bugs. It does not include the contents of your gameplay.
ArrowIQ shows ads (e.g. rewarded video ads you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses) using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier and other information to select, deliver, and measure ads, and — unless you've limited ad tracking in your device settings — to personalize the ads you see. See "Advertising & Google AdMob" below for details and how to opt out.
If you allow notifications, ArrowIQ may schedule a local daily reminder to play, using the standard notification permission on your device. This reminder is scheduled and stored entirely on your device — it is not sent from our servers and no data about it is transmitted to us.
We do not sell your personal information.

ArrowIQ uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads (for example, to earn extra coins or a revive). AdMob may use your advertising identifier and other technical information to show ads that are relevant to you, and to measure ad performance and prevent fraud. This may involve sharing information with Google's advertising partners.

ArrowIQ is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@mathuradigital.com and we will delete it.
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, so that your progress remains available. Guest data lives only on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage. You can request deletion of your account data at any time — see "Your Rights and Choices" below.
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted network connections and secure, access-controlled cloud storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To request deletion of your ArrowIQ account and associated gameplay data, email us from the email address linked to your Google sign-in. Use the subject ArrowIQ account deletion request.
After we verify ownership, we delete the account data associated with your ArrowIQ sign-in, including saved progress, gameplay statistics, leaderboard information, and linked profile details held for the App. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Guest progress is stored on your device and can be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — exercised the same way, by emailing us. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sharing" of information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see the ad-personalization opt-out above).
Our service providers (Google/Firebase, Supabase, Cloudflare) operate data centers in multiple countries. Your information may be processed in a country other than the one where you live, which may have different data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate (such as an in-app notice).
